These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Art By Design Computer Aided Drafting LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Art By Design Computer Aided Drafting LLC agrees to provide computer-aided drafting and related documentation services as outlined in the client's service agreement or proposal. This may include construction drawings, as-built updates, detailing, CAD standards setup, file preparation, and other agreed drafting deliverables.

2. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide all necessary access to information, files, and feedback required for Art By Design Computer Aided Drafting LLC to perform its services. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information and materials provided.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the service agreement or invoice. Services may be suspended if payments are not made on time. All fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Timelines and Deliverables

Art By Design Computer Aided Drafting LLC will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon timelines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including client responsiveness, availability of source documents, third-party review cycles, permitting authority requirements, or revisions to scope.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of the service agreement. This includes project strategies, drawing files, and proprietary information.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Art By Design Computer Aided Drafting LLC strives to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond what is expressly stated in our agreements. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered and materials purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Art By Design Computer Aided Drafting LLC is registered.
